Hey guys! Hope that whatever you're celebrating, you have a fantastic one and a brilliant New Years of 2008! I've survived another November. I'm always amazed when I manage to survive. It's like the rest of the months of the year and their stresses are training months for November. Everything comes at you at once. Luckily, I survived and managed to keep (some of) my sanity intact. Completed NaNoWriMo. Finished a novel about a girl who travels to Paris to find her lost aunt. Hilarity and hijinx ensues. Is November not the worst month in the year? That's pretty much directed at any student reading this. All assignments are due in November -- it's a given. But on top of that this year, I'm applying for Teachers Colleges, whose paperwork is ALL by the end of the month. Then there's NaNoWriMo, the only sane thing in my life right now (if you can believe that!) For those who don't know, NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month. The goal? Write 50,000 words in 30 days. It's basically a crash course for people who have always said that one day they'd write a novel. Now they can.
